About the Assignment

We are now looking for a senior technical project manager for an assignment within a larger modernization program focusing on supply chain and system integrations. The assignment offers the opportunity to work on a business-critical project with significant impact on both internal processes and customer experience.

The project is currently in an intense phase ahead of pilot launch and subsequent rollout, where much groundwork has already been completed and the focus now lies on execution, coordination, and delivery.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for driving the technical work forward in close collaboration with product owners, lead project managers, solution architects, and external system providers. You will act as a bridge between business, architecture, and development teams and have a clear responsibility for coordinating technical deliveries.

A significant part of the assignment involves leading and coordinating integration work between multiple systems, managing technical dependencies, and facilitating technical working meetings with various stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities

• Drive and coordinate technical deliveries with a focus on integration development
• Lead and facilitate technical working meetings with internal and external parties
• Support the team's agile working methods, including sprint planning, follow-up, and daily coordination
• Ensure technical preparations for pilot and rollout
• Manage incidents and technical risks related to delivery
• Ensure documentation and handover to operations and management

Required Qualifications

To be considered for the assignment, you need to have:

• Experience in technical project management within system development and implementation projects
• Experience working with and coordinating external suppliers
• Good understanding of integration work and system dependencies
• Experience with agile working methods, preferably in the role of scrum master
• Ability to combine agile methods with more traditional project models
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Desirable Qualifications

• Experience with logistics or supply chain systems
• Experience with integration architecture where, for example, Kafka is used
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Figma
• Experience in workshop facilitation
