Your tasks
As a resource coordinator in recruitment and matching, we have a broad assignment. The assignment covers both children and young people as well as adults up to about 65 years. In this role, you will work to match the right services for children, young people, and adults; the services we match include outpatient care and residential care at HVB, LSS/psychiatric homes, protective placements, etc.
The position also involves participating in procurements and serving as a reference for what should be procured. The work also includes negotiations and contract writing. As a resource coordinator, you will also occasionally work on urgent cases/solutions.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with social workers within the investigation and follow-up groups in the administration. Collaboration also occurs closely with the administration's providers as well as many external providers.
Your workplace
As a resource coordinator, you will work based on the goals set by the social and care committee. The committee's activities should be characterized by professional treatment and good accessibility. The authority exercise must be conducted legally and efficiently. The work requires great flexibility and experience as needs vary based on individual circumstances and working with different target groups.
The Social Administration consists of the departments for Children and Young People (0-20 years), Adults, Close Social Services, and LSS. The Children and Young People department consists of four Investigation and Follow-up groups, Recruitment and Matching, and provider activities within outpatient care and supported housing.
