Are you an IT technician who enjoys taking responsibility and solving problems on-site? Do you want a role where you are the go-to person for everything IT-related - right in the heart of Stockholm? Here you get the chance to work hands-on with technology, create smooth solutions, and be a key person in a dynamic environment.

As an Onsite IT Technician, you will be the local IT resource at a Nordic finance company in Stockholm. You will ensure that the technology runs smoothly and that users receive the best possible support on-site. Here you will have a varied daily routine where you handle everything from meeting room technology to PC, Mac, and Microsoft 365.

Your responsibilities:

• Support and maintenance of PC and Mac
• Management and troubleshooting of meeting room technology
• Administration and support in Microsoft 365
• Installations, upgrades, and hardware management
• Contact with the IT team in the Nordics for status and collaboration

You will work independently on-site at the Stockholm office, but you will always have one of your colleagues in the team to turn to for support, assistance, and knowledge sharing. A few times a year, you will travel to our Nordic headquarters to meet the team and strengthen collaboration.

We are looking for someone who has:

• At least three years of experience as an IT technician or similar
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Knowledge of PC, Mac, and Microsoft 365

Meritorious:

• Knowledge of networks and hardware
• Experience with ticketing systems and IT security
