We are looking for a junior SAP consultant for a consulting assignment where you will become an important part of an established SAP team focused on support and stable operations. You will work closely with both colleagues and the business in a complex system environment and contribute to ensuring quality in daily SAP flows. The work is agile according to SAFe and delivered in sprints within a Release Train 🚀

About the roleYou will join a team responsible for change management, documentation, daily monitoring, and second line support. The assignment is operational and varied, with a strong focus on troubleshooting, data management, and user support in SAP.

Responsibilities

• System and interface monitoring with daily monitoring, troubleshooting, and reprocessing

• Idoc and data management including troubleshooting, correction, and administration

• User administration and management of user accounts

• Intercompany and invoicing processes such as credit notes and corrections between countries

• Price and information control focusing on price interfaces and future price dates

• Incident and deviation management related to accounting, pricing, and system data

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in SAP user support

• Good understanding of troubleshooting in SAP flows

• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Desirable experience

• Experience with SAP EWM, SD, and/or MM

• Experience working in agile teams or according to SAFe

• Experience in master data management or interface monitoring
