About the Assignment

In this role, you will be part of a specialist team responsible for the organization’s data communication and network infrastructure. The assignment includes both operational management and further development of routing and switching environments for office networks, as well as collaboration with management to realize established management plans.

You are expected to take an active responsibility for coordinating and implementing decided management activities and contribute to a stable, secure, and future-proof network environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and analyze incidents and problems in close collaboration with the 24/7 monitoring function
• Act as a technical specialist and be the primary contact for system-specific questions
• Support internal operations and external parties with network-related issues
• Implement changes and upgrades according to established IT and change processes
• Participate in technical requirement specification and development of new solution proposals
• Engage in functional testing during troubleshooting and further development
• Ensure updated documentation such as network diagrams, system, and operational documentation
• Work with IT security issues related to confidentiality, integrity, and availability

This is a consulting assignment for an initial period of 10 months. You will be employed by us at A-Talent Tech. Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience (in the last 5 years) as a network technician in a medium to large network environment
  (at least 5,000 users and 10 seats)
• At least 2 years of experience in high availability environments
• At least one certification: CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written

Preferred Qualifications

• Two or more certifications within CCNA/CCNP/CCIE or equivalent
• Experience with network automation (e.g., Ansible, Python, Catalyst Center, or similar)
• Experience with lifecycle management of central infrastructure
• Experience working with classified or security-sensitive information
