Who are we?

In the autumn of 2019, a completely new school started in the Bråvalla area, offering many vocational programs at the upper secondary level, several different Komvux courses, new training programs, and higher vocational education. Bråvalla is thus a vocational campus for vocational training and is a creative and modern school filled with the latest technology. In 2025/2026, four brand new truck units were purchased for the training.

The school has about 750 students across a wide range of vocational programs. In January 2026, the transport education for adult students started at Bråvalla, with a gradual expansion, and we are already looking for more vocational teachers.

Bråvallagymnasiet is a new and modern vocational campus for students interested in technology, innovation, and practical problem-solving.

Your tasks

Your tasks involve planning, implementing, and developing teaching for students' knowledge development in all transport subjects together with colleagues.

This includes driving training, load securing, driving and rest times, YKB, and forklift driving. We have an ongoing development effort to provide our students with the best vocational education.

The work is conducted in teacher teams with responsibilities and authorities, and a well-adapted assignment that should lead to increased engagement, efficiency, and the spread of new pedagogical ideas.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who has a CE driving license with experience in piece goods transport (ADR basic or higher). If you also have good trailer experience, that is an advantage.

It is also beneficial if you have experience in forklift driving and have a valid YKB. In working with students, previous teaching experience or having been a supervisor for students during APL (Workplace-Based Learning) is an advantage.

It is advantageous if you have forklift instructor training and can train forklift drivers, or are open to taking forklift instructor training early in your employment to be responsible for the forklift training of our students.

As a person, you are outgoing, enjoy student interactions, and have good collaboration skills. You are secure, stable, and distinguish between the personal and professional. You relate in a responsive and humble manner in your collaboration with others.

You plan the teaching together with colleagues and enjoy passing on your knowledge and profession to the students at the school. You are flexible in your working methods, with the ability to adapt to changes in both teaching and operations. You take your own initiatives, see improvement opportunities, and act proactively in your work.

You motivate others and create engagement and participation. You are a knowledge resource and try to find new ways together with your colleagues to promote students' learning.

You remain motivated despite setbacks. You consider the best interests of the entire operation in your actions, and you are particularly skilled at creating a good learning environment with calm and security for your students.

A requirement for the position is also that you have good communication skills and can express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing. Good computer skills are also a requirement.
