The Authority Office consists of employees with broad competence and experience within the field of operations. In addition to assistance officers, the unit also includes fee officers and senior coordinators. We are looking for two temporary assistance officers for the summer.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The profession of assistance officer involves meetings with different people and requires social skills as well as being attentive and interested in creating good meetings. To succeed in this, the ability to create clarity and trust is needed. The work involves both working independently and in interdisciplinary teams.

As an assistance officer, you will assess, decide, and follow up on interventions according to the Social Services Act based on a holistic assessment. This also means that you will have close cooperation with unit managers, care staff, and health care professionals. The assistance officers work based on the IBIC model.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is at the end of their social work education, has a social work degree, or another academic qualification that the employer deems equivalent. Previous experience in authority work is considered an advantage.

You need to have good knowledge of current legislation and be able to express yourself in speech and writing.

A driver's license is required.
