We are now looking for a personal assistant for a 5-year-old girl in Hörvik. You will work 6-hour shifts during the day for 7 days every other week (even calendar weeks). Double staffing is in place day and night. The position should be filled as soon as possible with an introduction. You will work in the girl's home with the family.

Primarily, we are looking for someone who is a nurse, childcare worker, or has some form of experience with disabilities. We also place great emphasis on personal chemistry and personal qualities, so do not hesitate to apply even if you do not have the aforementioned education or experience.

As a person, you must be responsible, attentive, thorough, easy-going, able to share of yourself, and above all, have good patience. You must be calm and confident and still have a childlike spirit. As a personal assistant in the family, you must be familiar and easy-going as there are siblings in the family. There are also pets in the family. The work involves helping the girl with everything in her daily life, i.e., full care with great responsibility but also a lot of play and fun.

The nature of the work requires you to be fluent in speaking and understanding the Swedish language, for example, being able to understand and read various instructions and checklists and follow established routines.

A manual driver's license is required as there is a minibus that you as an assistant will drive.
