Hourly Assistants in Personal Assistance in Karlshamn and Surroundings

We are looking for dedicated hourly assistants who can step in for both urgent and planned vacancies for several clients in Karlshamn and surrounding areas. As an hourly assistant, you will cover shifts during sick leave and vacations, which requires both flexibility and humility. The tasks include personal hygiene, household cleaning, medication administration, cooking, feeding, accompanying clients to doctor visits or other activities, changing incontinence pads, managing emotional outbursts, and structuring the daily life of our clients, who can be both men and women. The shifts are scheduled differently among our clients, both around the clock and during the day, on weekends and evenings - some with single staffing and others with double staffing.

Experience and Qualifications:

• A driver's license and access to your own car are required.
• Experience in healthcare and personal assistance is an advantage.
• The ability to work calmly, patiently, and with low-affect, especially with clients who may be verbally aggressive.
• Ability to handle digital tasks, as it is required to manage digital tools in the job.
• Fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
