Apelgården's Residential Care Home in Blekinge AB offers care and treatment for young people. The company is headquartered in Nättraby. You should have a degree in social work, social pedagogy, behavioral science, or other education deemed equivalent by the employer. Experience in treatment work with young people is advantageous. The work requires high demands on good interaction, a pedagogical approach, and structure. You should be able to observe, describe, and interpret the needs of the young people. Your tasks include statutory documentation of the work. We expect you to treat our young people with security, care, and respect. You should be able to interact with others easily and build relationships while having the ability to handle stressful situations, set boundaries, and be clear and consistent. It is advantageous if you have knowledge and experience in environmental therapy, Repulse, relapse prevention, low affective treatment DBT, MI, and/or CBT.

As a treatment assistant with us, you will be responsible for the treatment, care, and leisure activities of the young people. The treatment of the young people is planned individually in the implementation plan in accordance with BBIC. You will be the contact person for one or more young people, where you are responsible for treatment work, follow-up, evaluation, and documentation. You will be available for the young people's need for conversations and work to create motivation for change and assist the young person in developing their ability to handle their emotions and difficulties. The purpose of the interventions is to compensate for the young person's difficulties and to develop their skills.

We conduct ongoing interviews and fill positions immediately
