Do you want to be part of a team where service, collaboration, and customer focus are at the center? At Joyweek, we are now looking for a customer service representative who wants to create first-class experiences for both customers and colleagues!

About the roleAs a customer service representative at Joyweek, you are an important part of our contact with customers, suppliers, and colleagues. You work in a close and supportive team where you handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and chat. You register orders, follow up on discrepancies, and ensure that everything runs smoothly in our customers' everyday lives. The work is varied and requires both attention to detail and a strong commitment to service. You will also collaborate closely with other functions within Joyweek, such as finance and sales, to find solutions and create a seamless experience. We have clear routines and prioritization orders to follow, while we always try to be flexible where needed. The role is based at our Stockholm office in Solna.

Your tasks include, among others:

  • Receive and manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Register incoming orders and ensure correct delivery
  • Follow up on customer inquiries and handle discrepancies according to routine
  • Collaborate within the team to meet deadlines
  • Provide support to other departments in customer-related issues
  • Contribute to upselling by listening to the customer's needs

Your profileWe are looking for someone who is service-minded, helpful, and unpretentious. You have good administrative skills, enjoy collaborating, and are skilled at communicating, both verbally and in writing. You thrive in a role where you can help others, think solution-oriented, and make a difference in the customer's everyday life.We would like you to:

  • Have experience from a customer service role or another service profession
  • Be comfortable working digitally and handling multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Be confident in communicating over the phone with various corporate clients
  • Communicate fluently in Swedish and English (Norwegian is a plus)
  • It is advantageous if you have experience with Superoffice, Visma, Medius, or similar programs
