Department 45/MOA belongs to the medical clinic and consists of 2 parts with a total of 24 patient beds.

MOA is a medical observation department where patients are admitted for observation. At MOA, you will meet patients with various diagnoses. The length of stay is 24 hours, after which patients either go home or move on to other departments based on their needs. Department 45 specializes in hematology and has a regional responsibility for these patients. Department 45/MOA is currently in a development phase for the future's specialized care, and the assignment may change based on patients' needs.

The staffing of the department consists of nurses, nursing assistants, and kitchen staff. We work as a team with the distribution of having primary responsibility for some patients and shared responsibility for others by working together as a team.

About the Job

We are looking for nursing assistants for permanent positions.

With us, you will have a developing job and friendly colleagues. A department where you have great opportunities to develop your skills. Your tasks will primarily involve patient care, sample collection, assisting doctors/nurses, and documentation. In the department, we work as a team with the support of the department manager. The department works to create a good working environment so that you as a nursing assistant will have time and opportunity to focus on and plan your tasks.

The positions are rotational, including night shifts.

About You

We are looking for you who are a trained nursing assistant, and extra merits if you have emergency care training. For us, it is a given that you are meticulous in your nursing assistant role and take care of patients based on their different needs and provide them with a good reception. As a person, you are engaged, proactive, stress-resistant, flexible, open to new challenges and opportunities, and have the ability to prioritize between different tasks. We also want you to, like us, value a job characterized by personal responsibility, participation, and good cooperation between colleagues and the nearest manager.

To thrive with us, you are a development-oriented person who is interested in participating in various improvement work and wants to contribute to our good working climate.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
