Elementary School Teacher in Mathematics, Technology, and Science Subjects

During the spring term, we need to strengthen our staffing. We are looking for someone with a teaching license in mathematics, technology, and science subjects. You will be an important part of both the work team and the subject group, and by working together, we can create the best conditions for our students!

About the Position

You will teach your subjects, and your calmness, flexibility, and clarity are natural tools to support students in achieving increased goal fulfillment. In your subject group, you give and receive support and develop together with your colleagues. As a teacher with us, you will also be a mentor in a class together with a colleague and take responsibility for the students' school situation. You are part of the work team and actively participate in conferences and the joint work of the team.

Examples of Responsibilities:

• plan, implement, and evaluate teaching in grades 7-9
• use methods and approaches that lead to increased goal fulfillment
• support students' social development based on their specific needs for support
• documentation
• dialogue with guardians
• close collaboration with mentor colleague, work team, subject group
• participate in other school work together with the school's staff

Qualifications

As a person, you are engaged, stable, calm, and secure. You find it easy to create contacts and are positive. You enjoy taking initiative and want to develop your teaching. As a teacher, it is important that you have good collaboration skills where you listen and communicate and contribute to a calm and secure school environment. You should also have knowledge of children's development and learning and the ability to adapt teaching based on the group and individual students' needs and conditions. You can communicate clearly and ensure that the message gets through.

Requirements:

• teaching license with authorization to teach mathematics, chemistry, biology, physics, and technology for grades 7-9, or an authorized degree that qualifies for a teaching license
