About the Position

As a middle school teacher with us at Tybblelund School, the work is done in grade-based teams where collaboration is important. We work with collegial learning in all teams where we learn a lot from each other and develop together. In the role of a teacher with us, you understand that all students have different conditions, can adapt teaching based on the group and individual students. Furthermore, you can contribute with creative thinking and to a calm and safe school environment. About the Workplace

Tybblelund School is newly built, and we moved in during the autumn of 2018. We have students from preschool class to grade six. Currently, we have about 500 students and about 70 staff. Within the Preschool and Primary School Administration, approximately 4530 employees work. We meet the young people of Örebro from the first day in preschool to the last day in primary school. Qualifications

As a teacher with us, it is important that you are secure and stable and can adapt to changing conditions. You have good collaboration skills where you listen, communicate, and contribute to a calm and safe school environment. You have knowledge of children's development and learning, as well as the ability to adapt teaching based on the group and individual students' needs and conditions. Furthermore, you have a good ability to build relationships and trust with students, guardians, and colleagues. In the role of a teacher, you are also expected to be engaged and take responsibility for your work by structuring, prioritizing, and driving your processes forward.

You also master the Swedish language in a way that allows you to communicate with students, guardians, and other staff, and can document what the operations require in writing. Since the work involves digital documentation, good computer skills are also required.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

Requirements:

  • teacher certification with authorization to teach Swedish, mathematics, religion, social studies, geography, and history for grades 4-6, or alternatively a qualifying degree that entitles you to certification

Meritorious:

  • experience teaching grades 4-6
  • training in guiding interaction ICDP
  • experience working with visual support

Scope and Start Date

Employment form: permanent position

Employment rate: 100%

Start date: by agreement
