Your responsibilities

As the Finance Manager at LECO Nordic, you will be responsible for:

• Ongoing accounting, VAT, and taxes
• Monthly and annual financial statements, as well as annual reports and declarations
• Contact with auditors, authorities, and external parties such as BDO
• Preparing payroll data for both Swedish and Finnish employees
• Compiling sales statistics, SCB statistics, and report packages for the group in Europe and the USA
• VAT reporting, inventory adjustments, and reconciliations in SAP
• Administration related to company cars, leasing agreements, insurance, telephone exchange, and office supplies

Good to know

The position is located at LECO's office in Täby, north of Stockholm. Currently, 7 people work here, and the atmosphere is family-like, simple, and helpful. The working hours are 37.5 hours per week, and you have the opportunity to work from home one day a week.

Our expectations

We are looking for someone with a relevant financial education and several years of experience in accounting, reporting, and tax issues. You are accustomed to independently handling monthly and annual financial statements as well as annual reports. The role requires good knowledge of larger, more complex ERP systems such as SAP, as well as advanced skills in Excel. You communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, in speech and writing. To thrive in this role, it is important that you are structured, responsible, and independent, with a solution-oriented attitude. The position requires careful planning to meet deadlines and flexibility, as you will be the sole finance person in Sweden.
