We are looking for you who want to work with us at the elderly care home Attendo Pukslagarvägen in Gävle during the summer of 2026. We would like you to start working on an hourly basis before the summer. Pukslagarvägen has 56 apartments spread over 2 floors, with a focus on dementia and somatic care. We are a wonderful team and with us, you will have the opportunity for professional development.

We are looking for someone who is driven by working with people and making a real difference for our customers every day. You have the ability to empower and support customers in all aspects of daily life.

As a person, you are meticulous and engaged with customers and their relatives. You find it easy to collaborate, have a pedagogical approach, and contribute to a good and pleasant atmosphere in our workplace.

Job Description

Typical tasks include care duties, including delegation for medication, medical technology equipment, aids, etc. We place great emphasis on person-centered care with accompanying documentation.

You enjoy providing good service, building strong relationships, and want to enhance the quality of life for our customers. You are an independent, humble, and responsible person who is passionate about caring for the elderly and can see the individual’s needs.

Qualifications

• Merit nursing assistant education of at least 1350 points.

• Experience in elderly care

• Good knowledge of the Swedish language (spoken and written)

• Good computer skills/computer familiarity

About the recruitment process
