Your workplace

At the Hagfors physiotherapy clinic, we conduct primary care rehabilitation including patient education and training in our training facility.

In addition to physiotherapists and three occupational therapists, we have a healthcare administrator employed with us in Hagfors.

The Hagfors physiotherapy clinic is part of northern primary care rehabilitation, which also includes occupational therapy clinics in Hagfors, Munkfors, and Sunne, as well as physiotherapy clinics in Munkfors, Sunne, Torsby, and Likenäs.

Currently, we are about 10 physiotherapists in the team. We work to ensure the best for our patients across the entire unit and are flexible in supporting clinics where needed. Work at a different clinic than the assigned location may therefore be required. Travel will occur during working hours and with a leased car.

Hagfors is located in Värmland and offers fantastic nature with proximity to both forests and water.

Your responsibilities

As a physiotherapist with us, you will work to help our patients achieve or maintain the best possible functional ability, greater independence, and good health. You will meet patients with varied needs for examination, advice, and treatment. We provide standard primary care where teamwork and collaboration with other actors are essential. In addition to patient work, you are also an important part of our continuous improvement efforts.

You will have the opportunity to influence your introduction and will be offered a mentor if you wish. Our leadership is based on developing leadership and trust-based leadership to ensure that both you as an individual and the organization develop in the best way. As an employee, this gives you greater influence and more freedom and responsibility in your work.

Your skills and competencies

We are looking for you who are a licensed physiotherapist. Experience in primary care is an advantage but not a requirement, and great importance will be placed on personal suitability. Since travel may occur in the position, you need to have a B driver's license.

You work independently and take responsibility for your tasks, while being flexible and able to adapt to changing conditions. You have a good ability to create and maintain relationships, contributing to good collaboration and a positive work environment. You are structured in your work by planning and organizing it effectively.
