Your workplace

Vårdcentralen Västerstrand is part of primary care, which is the foundation of healthcare in Värmland, offering care at all stages of life. At the health center, our patients receive assessment, investigation, treatment, follow-up, and rehabilitation depending on illness and symptoms. We are a great team of 35 employees who enjoy our work and want to develop our work with and for our patients together. We are proud of our drive and commitment, which we know leads us to become better and go further.

We follow the ST program that exists in Värmland to ensure quality and sustainability in the ST training. We believe it is important to have a sustainable work life and therefore ensure that the ST training with us generates security and competence for the future profession as a specialist in general medicine.

Your tasks

Your tasks include planned and unplanned visits, close collaboration with other professionals, and possibly a responsibility area where you can deepen your knowledge based on interest and competence.

Your knowledge and skills

We are looking for someone with completed AT training. You are a confident and stable person with good self-awareness. You plan and organize your work well, can make decisions, and have good empathetic skills. Previous experience from temporary positions in both outpatient and inpatient care is an advantage.
