The role of Nursing Assistant, Care Assistant, and Aide with us

In this role, you are responsible for providing care and social support for our residents. By offering attentive and professional service, as well as planning and carrying out daily activities, you contribute to creating a safe and pleasant environment for the care recipients.

In Kungsbacka, we strive for people to have the opportunity to live their lives to the fullest. You will work in a wonderful team where we are responsible and care for both the residents and each other. For us at our care and nursing home, this means that we, with great attentiveness and commitment, provide each care recipient with the care and support they need, based on individual needs and according to approved decisions. We focus on our care recipients while working closely together.

You will work according to a schedule that includes days, evenings, and every other weekend. In our facility, we have both somatic and dementia departments.

Your profile

You are a person who enjoys working with people. You contribute to the sense of security through a reliable and professional approach. You are comfortable handling technical solutions in daily work and have the ability to create participation in everyday life for those we are here for. As a person, you thrive in working independently and can adapt to changing circumstances while seeing opportunities in everyday life. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.

• are at least 18 years old
• express yourself well in Swedish, both spoken and written

Our offer and additional information

We offer a permanent full-time position with placement according to agreement.

The position is full-time or according to agreement. Within the Administration for Care & Support, all employees in home care and care and nursing homes are employed at a 100% employment rate, but employees have the opportunity to reduce their desired employment rate based on the needs of the operation.
