Laurentiuskliniken is centrally located in Falkenberg and is easily accessible by public transport and by car.

The health center offers a full range of primary care services including rehabilitation, all under one roof with approximately 6500 registered patients and 23 employees. The health center is privately operated and is part of Praktikertjänst AB. We are now looking for a district nurse/nurse to complement our team! Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a district nurse colleague or nurse colleague with an interest in primary care and asthma/COPD patients. The position includes the usual tasks for a district nurse/nurse in primary care, including telephone advice, triage, digital health services, outpatient work, and health promotion work. The work is varied and developing. You will work both independently and closely in a team with all professions at the health center. The position may involve responsibility for the asthma/COPD clinic.

Working hours are primarily scheduled on weekdays from 8 AM to 5 PM, but also include shifts until 6 PM and occasional weekend shifts for on-call services.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is a licensed district nurse or licensed nurse, preferably with a few years of experience. It is an advantage if you have previously worked in primary care and/or with asthma/COPD patients.

You are communicative, flexible, and responsible. You enjoy working both independently and in a team with a good attitude towards both patients and colleagues.
