As a pharmacist at Hjärtat, you will work variably with advice and sales within prescriptions and self-care. In this role, you contribute your pharmaceutical expertise, commitment, and experience to better health for our customers and the success of the pharmacy.

We are now looking for a new star to our team to continue delivering world-class customer interactions. The pharmacy is located inside ICA Maxi in Hede, Kungsbacka, and has a large catchment area of customers, both from Kungsbacka and surrounding areas. We have a large and fresh self-care department and a prescription area with five prescription channels. Next to the pharmacy is a Min Doktor clinic where customers can take care of simpler healthcare matters and get vaccinated. We are attentive to our customers' wishes and actively work with inventory optimization to meet our customers' needs.

For me as a manager, it is important that customers feel welcomed and well taken care of at our pharmacy. Together, we do our utmost to create an environment where both customers and colleagues thrive. A sense of humor, genuine care, and great commitment characterize us at Apotek Hjärtat ICA Maxi Kungsbacka. To maintain our wonderful culture at the pharmacy, it is important that you contribute with positive energy, curiosity, and flexibility. For me as a manager, it is also important that you take initiative, come up with ideas to develop the business, and dare to challenge yourself.

We who work at the pharmacy are a well-functioning and wonderful team of 7 pharmacists and 4 technicians/advisors. The opening hours are 7 AM to 10 PM every day of the week. Good commuting options are available, and free parking is offered outside the pharmacy. The pharmacy is a 9-minute walk from Hede train station.

The position is a permanent employment. The position is full-time or part-time as agreed. A probationary period may apply. The start date for the position is as agreed.

Are you the one we are looking for?

We are looking for you who are a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician. You are either at the beginning of your career or an experienced pharmacist and recognize yourself in the description:

• You show interest and commitment in meeting customers and collaborate well with colleagues at your pharmacy and throughout the region/ all of Apotek Hjärtat
• You take responsibility for managing the demands placed on you as a pharmacist and seek help from your team when needed
• You contribute with a good attitude and seek simple solutions in everyday life
