Are you a licensed psychologist or trained behavioral scientist with CBT level 1 who wants to use your expertise to build sustainable and high-performing workplaces? At Falck, we focus on strengthening the healthy and providing people with tools to manage the challenges of working life, such as stress and conflicts. Your work consists of targeted, shorter interventions where you meet a motivated clientele that wants to move forward.

This is a role with great variation where you can utilize your full range of skills. You will alternate between time-limited individual sessions and conducting training while creatively adapting standardized material for our clients. This can involve everything from rehabilitation efforts to lectures on stress management, psychosocial work environment mapping (OSA), and management supervision.

At Falck in Varberg, you will have the opportunity to work proactively and see the direct effects of your efforts, both for the individual and the organization, in close collaboration with our company doctors, physiotherapists, and other specialists.

What you need to succeed in this role:

  • Licensed psychologist or behavioral scientist with further training in CBT (level 1), ACT, or equivalent.
  • Experience in support conversations, counseling, or treatment.
  • Experience working with groups and/or conducting training.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
  • Driver's license (B).
  • Good computer skills and interest in working with digital tools and online-based methods.
  • Experience in occupational health care, rehabilitation, or work with organizational and social work environment is a merit.

Other:

Permanent employment starting with a 6-month probationary period. Full-time position with start date as agreed. Working hours are weekdays 8-17, excluding weekends.

The position involves travel to units and clients in the local area as needed, which means you must have a driver's license (B) and preferably access to your own car.
