The Role of Care Assistant with Us

In the role of care assistant in the resource team, you need to have a great ability for quick adjustments and enjoy it. You will not have a fixed placement; instead, you will be assigned based on the needs of the organization, but you will have a fixed unit from which you will operate and attend APT. You will not have any areas of responsibility or be a contact person. The units you will support are home care, care and nursing homes, and day care.

You will have an employment where the schedule mostly involves daytime work, but evening shifts will occur on some occasions during the schedule period due to the new working hours law. The position also includes weekend work every other weekend.

In your job, you provide good care and social support based on the needs of the care recipient. Your work includes social documentation, health care interventions, and daily social care based on planned interventions. We work qualitatively and purposefully with, for example, the BPSD register and new technology that promotes a person-centered approach where care and support are provided safely and securely based on the individual's needs and wishes.

Your Profile

As a person, you are accommodating in your approach and attentive to your surroundings. You create security and exude calm through a methodical working method, contributing to well-being. You are innovative and curious about new technology as this is used a lot in our work.

We have a close collaboration and a welcoming attitude, and we want you to contribute to this by being flexible and a good colleague in all situations. Furthermore, you are responsible and contribute with your positive attitude and engagement to a good working environment. It is a given for you to always have the best interests of the care recipient in mind. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

We are looking for you who:

• are a trained or studying care assistant
• hold a B driver's license
• express yourself well in Swedish both orally and in writing, as this is required in daily work

We offer a permanent full-time position with placement according to agreement.

The position is full-time or according to agreement. Within the Administration for Care & Support, all employees within home care and care and nursing homes are employed at a 100% employment rate, but employees have the opportunity to reduce to the desired employment rate based on the needs of the organization.
