The Education Administration is responsible for preschool, pedagogical care, after-school programs, preschool classes, primary school, adapted primary school, high school, adapted high school, municipal adult education, special adult education, Swedish for immigrants (SFI), youth centers, and cultural schools.

Preschool and after-school activities are available at all seven F-6 schools, geographically spread throughout the municipality.

Altorpskolan, which is the municipality's only 7-9 school, receives students from all our F-6 schools and is strategically located in central Herrljunga. The Knowledge Source, the municipality's high school, is also located in Herrljunga.

Eriksbergs school has about 60 students and is beautifully situated in the countryside between fields and forests. Eriksbergs school belongs to the Eriksberg and Ods preschools and schools unit and is in the same building as the preschool and after-school program.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for someone who wants to take responsibility for a good educational operation that always puts the student at the center. Together with the team, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and developing teaching in a way that is based on the curriculum and a holistic view of the student and their needs.

QUALIFICATIONS

You need to have a teaching license with qualifications to teach grades 4-6 and have an easy time collaborating and building good relationships with students. You have the ability to create a structured learning environment where students feel safe and can meet students based on their needs. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.

OTHER

In Herrljunga municipality, full-time is the norm with the possibility of part-time. If full-time assignments are not available, it may mean that positions can be combined with other tasks or at another workplace.
