Job Responsibilities

We are looking for someone who, in combination with working clinically, is passionate about creating good oral health and high-quality dental care. The position involves an independent role where you are responsible for the daily operations of the clinic, including operational planning, follow-up, and financial responsibility, as well as developing and adapting the operations based on local conditions.

We are looking for someone who understands the importance of business acumen, a good working environment, and responsiveness to customer needs.

As a clinic manager, you will run the clinic according to Folktandvården's goals and shared values together with your colleagues.

About the Workplace

Folktandvården Västmanland AB is wholly owned by Region Västmanland, with general dental care clinics in all municipalities of the county and collaborates with Specialist Dental Care located within Västmanlands Sjukhus Västerås.

Qualifications

You have a valid dental care license/education in Sweden. We are looking for someone with several years of experience in dental care, and experience in management or other leadership roles is a plus. You have good collaboration skills and a high sense of service.

We will place great emphasis on personal suitability regarding collaboration, leadership, planning, and organizational skills.

Employment Conditions

Permanent employment with a three-year assignment as clinic manager, with possibilities for extension. Full-time.

Start date according to agreement.
