Main responsibilities in the role

. Leadership & staff: Recruit, train, coach, motivate, and develop employees; ensure strong teams and high staff performance.

. Sales & results: Drive sales, set and achieve sales targets, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and maximize the store's potential.

. Operations & finance: Responsible for budget, cost control, inventory management (presentation, availability), cash handling, and overall daily operations.

. Customer focus: Ensure the best possible customer experience and customer satisfaction.

. Store environment: Responsible for the store's layout, campaigns, and ensuring products are presented attractively.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

· Good knowledge of electrical and lighting.

. Previous experience as a Store Manager/Shop Manager/Deputy Store Manager in retail.

· Previous personnel responsibility.

. Previous results & budget responsibility.

· Very good knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written form.

The following qualities are advantageous for the Store Manager:

. Work experience as an electrician.

. Electrical training.

. Experience in private & corporate sales.
