Your mission
We are looking for dedicated and caring personal assistants for our clients. You will work in the client's private home and assist with everything they cannot manage themselves, from care work to meaningful activities. The assignments you perform with the clients are individualized based on their needs and plans. As a personal assistant, you are flexible and work in the homes of several of our clients.

Who are you
You have patience, a good attitude, and remain calm in stressful situations. You need to be secure as a person since solitary work occurs, and you will need to take a lot of responsibility and make your own decisions.

Formal qualifications
- Nursing assistant or Child and Leisure Program or other education that the employer considers equivalent.
- Employment requires that you have a B driver's license - manual transmission.
- Digital identification such as Bank ID.
- Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing, as well as experience documenting in digital systems.

Meritorious
- Experience working as a personal assistant and with the target group.
- Knowledge and experience of low-arousal approaches.
- Experience with AAC (visual support).

The employment
Temporary employment 75-100% with the possibility of permanent employment.
Personal assistants are currently placed at Support and Function within the Welfare and Labor Market Administration. The nearest manager is the unit manager. Working hours are scheduled for days, evenings, weekends, and nights.
The positions are filled provided that the necessary decisions are made.
