Blendow Group was founded 30 years ago and has since 2001 focused on providing legal competence supply to lawyers and other decision-makers. Today, we consist of just over 300 employees, of which 70 work full-time at our headquarters at Stureplan.

Blendow Group has its own conference floor called Humlegården Conference, consisting of five different conference rooms. Here we conduct over 400 training sessions, conferences, and events each year. We place great importance on personal interaction and always delivering high service.

We are now looking for a conference host / hostess who can work extra as needed (hourly employment). Currently, this corresponds to about 3-4 days a week. Working hours are between 07:30 - 16:30 on weekdays. The schedule is set approximately 1-2 months in advance.

We are looking for someone who is a cheerful and positive person who can professionally take care of our guests, quickly and creatively finding solutions to spontaneous problems that may arise.

As a conference host / hostess, you have a large mandate to deliver fantastic service, and you have the drive, energy, and ability to take responsibility for your job.

During the day, you will be responsible for setting up the venues, welcoming all guests, communicating and collaborating with our suppliers, preparing breakfast and coffee breaks, doing admin, and continuously resolving situations and questions that arise during the day.

The work is independent, but you are part of the Production Team. Feeling comfortable collaborating with others and being willing to delegate when necessary is important for you to thrive in the role of conference host / hostess with us. All to deliver the best experience to our customers.

The people working with us today come from many different backgrounds, and everyone enjoys meeting people and providing service, so we are looking for someone who fits into this group. There is also an opportunity to advance within the company with other tasks.

Interviews or hiring will take place continuously, meaning they can happen before the application period has ended. The hourly wage is 140 SEK / hour.
