We are Drina Balkan Food & Drinks (formerly Cafe Capri) and have been in Kista for 24 years. Since January 2020, we have changed our focus and specialized in food from the Balkans, primarily from the countries of former Yugoslavia. In a short time, we have built a good reputation as a place that serves authentic food that tastes just like at the best restaurants in the Balkans. Since June 2021, we also have a license to serve alcohol. On weekends, we organize live music, wine tastings, and similar events. We are now looking for someone who wants to join our team and create Sweden's best Balkan restaurant. You should understand the flavors and dishes from the Balkans. In other words, you should have experience and have worked in a Balkan restaurant before. You should be picky about food, enjoy and appreciate the best ingredients, and be social and willing to work on weekends. If you speak a language from the former Yugoslavia, it is a big plus but absolutely not a requirement. If you are also great at Balkan pastries and would like to put your own twist on the menus, we welcome you to get in touch.
