We love fast food, especially burgers. We naively believe that almost everyone does. It’s simple, delicious, and fun! But standing in the way of this obvious truth is a widespread belief that fast food equals junk food. And in many cases, it does. We aim to change that! Why should simple mean bad? Bad for you, for the environment, and for animals? That’s completely backwards! What we love most should also be the best, and there should be goodness in good food. This shapes everything we do at Jureskogs. From our choice of suppliers, personnel policy, product development, and general decency. Culture is important to us; we believe we can never be a great place for our guests to hang out if we aren’t a great place to work as well. We are looking for someone who loves burgers as much as we do! (Okay, maybe not QUITE as much as we do, but you must love people! A fast food experience, as we see it, lies as much in all of us who work here as in the burger itself). We want friendly and cheerful types who can serve a happy experience to both our team and our guests, even when the clock is late or when the pace drains your energy like the last sips of soda being slurped through a straw. (Pure poetry!). It may sound overwhelming, but we help each other to be great. Always.

About the role;

• Lead and distribute work on-site
• Vary your stations
• Train and encourage your colleagues
• Ensure that daily operations run smoothly. Guests receive the best experience, and staff feel good
• Order goods and check inventory so that the restaurant can always offer a full range
• The job involves varying working hours

Salary according to the HRF collective agreement plus a supervisory allowance

The start date for the position is negotiable
