Lida Värdshus is a restaurant and conference facility with a hostel and outdoor area, beautifully located with a view of Lake Getaren. Here, food, nature, and activities come together year-round. The area includes a high ropes course, trail biking, outdoor gym, kayaking, access to Sörmlandsleden, as well as a sledding hill and ice skating rinks in winter.

We aim to build a stable operation with high quality. Our lunch restaurant should maintain a premium feel and provide every guest with a positive experience.

We are currently looking for waiters who can step in as needed. You will be part of a smaller team where you work closely together and help out where needed.

NOTE! The employer is Clasings catering AB, which manages the operations of Lida Värdshus, Anna Giertz & Hågelby Herrgård.

As a Waiter, you will among other things:

• Handle the cash register and take payments from guests.

• Serve food and drinks, as well as clear tables and wash dishes.

• Perform general cleaning and waste management in the restaurant.

• Work as a traditional waiter at conferences, events, and Christmas tables.

You are responsible for providing our guests with a professional and pleasant reception. You ensure that the restaurant is clean and inviting. You contribute to the smooth operation of work, even when the pace is high. The position involves work both in everyday lunch operations and at larger events.

Desired profile:

• At least 2 years of experience in the service industry within restaurants, bars, or cafes.

• Experience with cash handling.

• Swedish language skills in speaking and understanding, as you will have daily customer contact.

Is social and responsible; as good service and a pleasant demeanor are crucial for our guests to want to return.

Is flexible; as you work in a small team where everyone needs to help with various tasks throughout the day.

Thrives in a fast-paced environment; as it can be stressful at times, especially during weekends and larger events.

It is a plus if you:

• Have a B driver's license.

• Live nearby and are familiar with the area.

Start: Immediately. Working hours: Daytime, weekends, and occasional evenings. Location: Lida Värdshus or Hågelby Herrgård. Employment type: Extra as needed.

The job is mostly scheduled during the day and on weekends; during December, it includes both daytime and evening shifts. The work can be physical and requires you to be comfortable moving a lot throughout the day.
