Allé Elva is located on Södertörn University's campus in Flemingsberg. Together with Café Prego and our event & catering services on the premises, the restaurant is part of Campus by Nordrest. We serve approximately 300 lunch guests and 800 café guests daily. We provide catering to Södertörn University, KTH, Karolinska Institutet, private individuals, and Karolinska University Hospital, and our catering business is growing!

Short about the role

We are looking for a flexible, quick, and cheerful colleague to join our team. You will work every other week in the dining hall and every other week in our café. When working in the dining hall, you are responsible for all opening preparations and managing our lunch buffet during service. You also handle closing duties, ensuring the space is tidy, clean, and seasonally decorated.

When working in the café, you start the day by preparing food such as sandwiches, salads, and wraps. During the day, you greet our guests at the register, maintain order, and restock items. You collaborate well, prioritize effectively, and enjoy keeping things clean and presentable. You love going the extra mile for our guests.

We want you to have:

• Interest in food and beverages
• Previous experience from restaurants and/or cafés
• Register experience
• We would appreciate if you could handle an espresso machine
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Good knowledge of English
