We are looking for an experienced waitress with energy and a smile.
Midpoint Bistro bar & events is seeking an experienced waitress who enjoys a fast-paced environment, great atmosphere, and creating truly wonderful evenings for our guests.
We are looking for someone who is already confident on the floor. You should be able to manage your own station, keep track of multiple tables simultaneously, engage with guests naturally, and maintain your composure when things get busy.
At our venue, it's all about food, bar, events, and full speed. Therefore, you need to have at least two years of experience in service, preferably from a restaurant with a bar and a high tempo.
We believe you:
- Are social, quick, and self-sufficient
- Have a good grasp of table service
- Can recommend and sell food and drinks without being pushy
- Are a team player who helps out where needed
- Are punctual, responsible, and bring positive energy
This is not a first restaurant job. We are looking for someone who already knows the basics and wants to join an ambitious team with a great vibe.
