Night Receptionist with MEWS Experience – Stockholm
Are you a service-oriented night owl with experience in MEWS? We would love to hear from you!
We are currently looking for experienced night receptionists for assignments with our hotel clients in Stockholm. You thrive working independently, take great responsibility, and are passionate about providing guests with first-class service – even during the late hours of the day.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience working in a hotel reception.
- Is proficient in MEWS (required).
- Speaks Swedish and English fluently.
- Is responsible, solution-oriented, and professional.
- Enjoys night work and can work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Checking guests in and out.
- Handling bookings and payments.
- Administrative tasks and night audits.
- Answering phone calls and emails.
- Ensuring the hotel is well-prepared for the morning.
- Providing world-class guest service, meaning the highest possible standard.
