Description

As the manager of our restaurant and bar, you will work daily in operations and be responsible for scheduling, purchasing, inventory, routines, planning, staff, and development.

You are communicative and understand the importance of sharing information with other departments in the hotel, to together with all hotel employees create the best possible experience for our guests.

You are responsible for planning and staffing based on the needs of the operation. You have a passion for service and inspire and motivate your colleagues so that together we create outstanding guest experiences and achieve our sales goals. You have a strong interest in food and beverages.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the restaurant's service level
• Schedule and manage the work for your team
• Recruit staff and training
• Plan meals for our groups and conferences
• Ensure that work and safety routines are followed
• Be responsible for purchasing for the restaurant
• Assist with monthly inventory

Qualifications

We prefer that you are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, and have experience with cash registers and computers. We also prefer that you have a couple of years of experience in restaurant and staff management.

Conditions

The employment is a permanent position at 80% with a 6-month probation period focusing on evenings and weekends. We operate under HRF's collective agreement, and salary is negotiable.
