Lillplogen (Bränsleintaget HB) is a Swedish restaurant and event company located in Hemmesta C on Värmdö. We have been family-owned since 1996 and focus on providing a genuine and high-quality culinary experience, now with an emphasis on expanding our pizza operations. We are looking for someone with stable experience and reliability to long-term manage the pizza side of the kitchen. It is advantageous if you have experiences that clearly demonstrate good leadership potential. Personal suitability is of great importance.
We are looking for a Sous Chef/Pizza Maker who has the ability and willingness to lead the restaurant's development in the pizza section of the kitchen. You will prepare ingredients, bake pizza from scratch, and be responsible for maintaining good hygiene and order at all stations in the restaurant you work at, as well as developing and leading your team.
Working hours are varied, including day, evening, and weekend shifts within the framework of labor laws.
