Warm welcome to our first restaurant!

At Bockholmen in the Stockholm archipelago, we have lovingly transformed an old turn-of-the-century villa into a bubbling archipelago bistro – a living room by the water that has attracted both boat lovers and city dwellers for over 23 years.

The restaurant has about 290 seats distributed in the dining room, outdoor terrace, private room, and bar. During the summer, we also open our Love Bar and the Orangery, which is located right by the water's edge. In the Orangery, we invite you to the coziest private room in town, and in the Love Bar by the water, pastel-colored drinks are served in the sun before the grilling begins.

As a Head Waiter, your task is to ensure that your restaurant operates smoothly and profitably with happy staff. As a Head Waiter, you are always ultimately responsible for greeting our guests in a professional and welcoming manner.

You will be responsible for:

The operation of the restaurant when the restaurant manager is not present

Shift planning for day and evening

Booking planning

Answering phone calls and emails

Guest complaints

Cash reports

Maintaining company routines and policies

Training new employees

Salary by agreement and rolling schedule (day, evening, and weekend). Start and end dates by agreement, but expect May-September. There is of course an opportunity to extend the employment for the right person.
