We are looking for an ambitious and motivated employee for Restaurant Ekbacken at Swedbank's headquarters in Sundbyberg. You should be positive, responsible, and organized. We expect you to have previous experience in a similar position. The work is mainly on weekdays during daytime but includes both early mornings and late evenings.
We invest heavily in our own bakery and have a broad focus with the whole world as inspiration in our restaurant. The operation includes a staff restaurant with 300 seats, a dining room for representatives, a café, a bakery, and conference facilities with around 40 conference rooms.

You have experience from a similar position with a lot of responsibility. Typical duties for a sous chef include; scheduling, orders, self-control, finances, working towards set goals, and ensuring a high overall level with a strong focus on service.
External events such as catering and similar assignments.
Work towards a positive and pleasant atmosphere.
Develop the concept further together with the owners.
