The position is at Ljusterö Kitchen, but work within the entire Meal Unit may occur.

In the Ljusterö kitchen, you will prepare food for both elderly care and our students in schools/preschools. We are proud to offer meals that make a difference – every day.

As a cook:

• You will be part of a team of 3, consisting of one cook and one kitchen assistant.
• Assisting with orders, production documentation, and labels in our meal data system Mashie.
• Assisting with the purchase of food and consumables.
• Involved in menus and in continuous contact with senior restaurants.
• Have close cooperation with the kitchen for school meals.

Your profile

• Culinary education.
• Knowledge of self-control/HACCP and special diets.
• Flavor-savvy and structured.
• Good social skills, communicative, and collaborates well with colleagues and other functions.
• Good sense of logistics, planning, and prioritization – you see flows and opportunities for efficiency in production.
• Enjoy working towards deadlines and can handle stressful situations in a professional manner.

Meritorious:

• Experience with the meal data system Mashie.
• Experience in large kitchens and cooking within elderly care.
• Knowledge of texture-adapted food.

We place great importance on personal suitability and the composition of the group.
