We are now looking for a senior property manager with a good technical understanding and documented experience. You will play an important role where you work closely with our customer, follow up on operations, corrective and planned maintenance, housing issues, and ensure that regulatory requirements and the property owner's responsibilities are met. The role suits you who want to work broadly, take responsibility, and contribute your expertise in both everyday matters and long-term decisions.

• Overall responsibility for technical management and operation of residential properties.

• Renegotiate, procure, and monitor customers' supplier and service agreements

• Handle insurance matters on behalf of the customer

• Assist with housing and membership issues

• Advise on, plan, and participate in planned maintenance work

• Assist the customer in procuring, coordinating, and following up on corrective maintenance measures

• Coordinate efforts between operations, technical functions, and external parties. Compile and report operational statistics from the properties

• Prepare and deliver decision-making materials to the customer

• Participate in meetings, including evening meetings if necessary

• Ensure that routines, regulations, and regulatory requirements are followed

• Act as the board's extended arm in all matters that may arise in a housing cooperative/for property owners.

• Proactively work to offer the customer added value beyond our contractual obligations

• Participate in the company's development work and assist in developing the market area

• Has documented experience in property management and technical management

• Understands how property systems interact and can see the big picture

• Is comfortable working with modern technology, energy optimization, and maintenance planning

• Is meticulous, analytical, and used to taking responsibility

• Is clear and accurate in reporting and communication

• Has the ability to build long-term and secure relationships with both customers and employees

• Has good computer skills and a B driver's license

• Experience working with housing cooperatives

• Technical education in property, energy, or operations

• Experience with digital control systems and energy monitoring

• Experience in maintenance planning
