Are you a backend developer driven by technical excellence, good architecture, and making a real difference? With us, you step into the role of Backend Software Engineer, where the focus is on craftsmanship and building solutions that last over time.

As a consultant with us, you will be a key player in technically strong customer teams. We exclusively work on assignments where we have the mandate to influence. You will work on everything from new development of complex systems to modernizing and scaling existing architecture.

• Design and develop high-performance backend services in Java, Kotlin, .NET, or Go.

• Build future-proof solutions focusing on microservices, API design, and distributed systems.

• Take architectural responsibility and participate in decisions that affect the entire lifecycle of the systems.

• Drive a DevOps culture by implementing CI/CD and working in containerized environments (Docker/Kubernetes).

• Be a team player who collaborates closely with product owners and designers to create real business value.

We are looking for someone who sees software development as a craft. You are curious about new technologies but also have the experience required to know when to use them.

To succeed in the role, we see that you have:

• Academic background: Bachelor's degree or higher from a Swedish university.

• Experience: At least 4 years of professional experience in backend development.

• Language skills: Expertise in either Java/Kotlin (Spring Boot), C#/.NET Core, or Go.

• Eco-system: Good familiarity with microservices, API design, containers, and modern CI/CD flows.

• Communication: You reside in Stockholm and speak and write fluent Swedish.

It is a big plus if you also have knowledge of:

• Cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

• Event-driven systems and message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ).

• Clean Architecture and test automation.
