We are now looking for a part-time substitute for one of our clients in Helsingborg. A 28-year-old guy who has an intellectual disability, epilepsy, and cerebral palsy.About you: We prefer that you have experience working as a personal assistant or similar. You are fearless, have the will and ability to learn medical handling and personal care. As a person, you should be reliable, stable, and able to take your own initiatives. You should be able to work alone but also be a good team player as you will be part of a team with the client. It is important that you are social, cheerful, empathetic, and a warm person, with the ability to connect with the client. It is essential that you have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.Experience and competence

We value previous experience in care and support, preferably as a personal assistant. An ability to intuitively understand and quickly adapt to the client's needs is crucial.

About the position:

The working hours are scheduled for days, evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts.
