Lerdala School

Lerdala School is the small school with a big heart! We have about 120 students in grades F-6 and work from the perspective that all children are everyone's children, allowing all students to meet in mixed-age groups regularly to create security and togetherness throughout the school. The staff is quite small, but with a very good atmosphere and a wealth of experience and competence.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The position includes planning, implementing, and evaluating teaching based on applicable governing documents, both individually and together with others. You work from a holistic perspective where school and leisure are important parts that together contribute to student development. Mentorship is included, as well as the usual tasks for teachers.

QUALIFICATIONS

You who are applying are a licensed teacher with broad qualifications. Since the school is small, the ability to collaborate and be flexible in tasks is crucial for your success and enjoyment, so you should also value and contribute to a good working climate. You have a good insight into and knowledge of the school's governing documents and can effectively use them in your daily work. Furthermore, you have good didactic and pedagogical skills and can therefore lead and organize your work to create a calm study environment and a good learning environment for our students throughout their school day.

To start working in preschool, school, leisure centers, and other educational activities, you must show an extract from the criminal record. The extract is valid for one year and is ordered from the National Police Board www.polisen.se.
