We at Active Academy are now looking for leaders for Knatteskutt, Sweden's largest sports school for children aged 1-4 years. We are looking for someone who:

• Loves working with children
• Has rhythm and movement in their body
• Has experience leading activities for children, preferably younger children, or has a long sports background and has been a leader for children in another context (e.g., preschool, school, babysitting)

As a person, you are confident and secure in yourself!

What is Knatteskutt?

At Knatteskutt, children get to jump, run, dance, and play with balls. Here we mix different sports activities in a playful and fun way.

We work from a ready-made session plan, which means that all sports fields, exercises, and games are pre-planned. As a leader, you can then focus all your energy on spreading wonderful movement joy!

As a leader, you will receive coaching during the term, participate in a leadership training, and be part of a fantastic leadership team of over 400 leaders.

You will simply have the world's most fun part-time job that gives you experiences and qualifications working with children's groups. You will lead and be responsible for the Knatteskutt program in one of our Gothenburg areas.

Info about the employment:

• Hourly employment
• The work takes place during spring 2026 starting from week 5.
• The sessions are scheduled on weekdays between 5-7 PM or during the day on weekends.
• Approx. 1-4 hours/week.

MERIT: You are welcome to study to become (or be finished) a preschool teacher or similar education. You may have attended an aesthetic program in high school, worked as a group training instructor, or have other dance education or similar. This is not a requirement to apply; you can still have the right personality.
