JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As an employee within daily activities, you will participate in the everyday work together with the participants who have been granted the daily activities service. We work according to a clarifying pedagogy that aims to make the environment as clear and predictable as possible.

Care tasks occur based on the participant's needs. Each participant has an individual implementation plan. Together with other staff, you are responsible for planning, implementing, evaluating, and developing the activities. Your tasks also include documentation, both individually and together with other staff. You are expected to actively participate in change efforts and work solution-focused from various aspects for the participants' best interests. You should contribute to creating meaning and security for our participants.

The working hours are daytime on weekdays, which means work in daily activities in both Förslöv and Västra Karup.

QUALIFICATIONS

To work as a support assistant within LSS, we see that you have completed the health and care or child and leisure program in high school. Pedagogical education or experience is meritorious.

As an employee with us, you work with the individual in focus, which makes it important that you are attentive, have a good approach, and have the ability to take initiative. You communicate with both participants, colleagues, supervisors, and relatives, which means you need to have the ability to understand someone else's situation/perspective. As a colleague, you are expected to collaborate and contribute to a good work environment where all employees take responsibility and support each other.

A driver's license (manual) is a requirement.
