You will work with the target group of adults with various needs; individuals with substance abuse issues, often in combination with mental health problems, individuals with mental disabilities related to social psychiatry, as well as adults who are victims of domestic violence or honor-related violence and oppression, and adults who perpetrate violence in close relationships and honor-related violence.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The assignment involves public authority work with case management and documentation, which means that you investigate, assess, make decisions, follow up on decisions, and allocate services according to SoL and LVM. You will work based on applicable legislation, guidelines, and the knowledge support available, always keeping the client's best interests in mind.

We use standardized investigation tools as support, such as ASI, IBIC, and FREDA. It is advantageous if you have these qualifications. To support you, we have regular case reviews, and you will have the opportunity for reflection with colleagues.

The starting point for the work is close collaboration between the client, social worker, and therapist, where services in outpatient care are always the starting point. Since the job involves many contact points, it is important that you have the ability to nurture and build good relationships. Skills such as communication, accountability, and unpretentious collaboration are important to us, as well as a good approach.

Within the unit, we also have workgroups with colleagues who handle cases related to financial support, budget and debt counseling, eviction prevention, assistance handling, and LSS, through which we can offer a broad competence with many years of experience to illuminate issues from multiple perspectives.

QUALIFICATIONS

You who are applying need to have experience in public authority work, either through employment or practical training, and you must have completed social law within the social work program. This work suits you if you are humble, empathetic, and clear in your professional role. The role requires a person with high personal maturity who can accommodate the anxiety that arises. You find it easy to collaborate with both colleagues and the organization’s partners. You also possess the ability to work independently.

As a person, you are structured, stable, relationship-building, and collaborative. In addition, you have good digital competence, which means you can handle technical equipment, computer programs, phones, and apps effortlessly. To be considered for this position, you must also have a good ability to express yourself well in both speech and writing.
