Kooperativet Hand i Hand is a member-driven organization established in 1995 for individuals entitled to assistance. Our members are located in Skåne, Halland, southern Småland, Västra Götaland, Stockholm, and Jämtland. We have offices in Halmstad, Hässleholm, and Malmö. We support our members with everything from applying for hours with Försäkringskassan/the municipality to personnel issues concerning personal assistants. We believe that the work of a personal assistant is one of the most important jobs there is, as it provides an opportunity for another person to live their life like everyone else.

About the assignment
We are looking for a personal assistant for an assistance assignment in Hässleholm. The role involves working closely with an adult in their daily life and providing support that creates security, structure, and opportunities for participation both at home and outside.

The work requires attentiveness, responsibility, and a professional approach. You will be an important part of ensuring that daily life functions in a sustainable and respectful manner.

Working hours and service
Employment rate: 87%
Shifts are primarily 12-hour shifts
The work is mainly scheduled during the day
Night shifts occur according to a rotating schedule
On-call duty may be included during night shifts

Job responsibilities
Support in daily routines and living
Assistance with personal care and transfers
Participation in activities, errands, and social contexts
Practical support at home

We are looking for someone who
Has a driver's license (requirement)
Is calm, stable, and responsible
Enjoys working independently and taking personal responsibility
Is comfortable in environments where animals may be present
Has experience in personal assistance or care (meritorious but not required)
