Within the Health and Care Administration, full-time is the norm. This means that all permanent employees essentially have a full-time position. Svartbäcksgården is a short-term care facility with 58 care places. We work person-centered, and the health and medical care needs of our patients vary. Our patients usually come from the hospital but sometimes from home. You will belong to a large team of 10 nurses, where you will be responsible for 8 patients. We are committed to development and have allocated time for personal and operational development.

Job Description

As a nurse with us, you will have the opportunity to make a difference by contributing your expertise, knowledge, and commitment with the user at the center. Your role will involve working with a variety of tasks within your area.

Your more specific tasks will include:

• assessing and planning the need for health and medical care interventions and evaluating treatment results
• supervising nursing staff
• delegating health and medical care tasks to nursing staff
• participating in team collaboration regarding users, for example concerning fall risk assessments and Senior Alert

As a nurse, you will be part of the management team together with other licensed personnel and team representatives. Our ambition is for you to develop the organization and yourself in close collaboration with your colleagues.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

• Swedish nursing license
• good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• experience with documentation and computer skills
• at least 1 year of experience working as a nurse

It is an advantage if you have worked with elderly people and age-related diseases.
