JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Briggens home care is currently seeking a dedicated Care Assistant who wants to work during the day and contribute to a safe and meaningful everyday life for our clients.

With us, you will work in the client's own home where you provide care, support, and nursing based on assistance decisions and individual implementation plans. You will have an important and responsible role, where the assignment as a fixed care contact gives you the opportunity to create continuity, security, and good relationships.

Your tasks include:

• Personal care and hygiene.
• Social support, companionship, and conversation.
• Medication management.
• Cleaning.
• Accompanying to activities outside the home.
• Other interventions that contribute to increased quality of life.

The work involves both solitary work and heavy lifting, but you will be part of a dedicated team where collaboration and support are a given.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a trained care assistant and where experience in the healthcare profession is considered an advantage. You need to be able to provide proof of a protected professional title or approved grades/diplomas from care and nursing education.

You view development positively, are flexible, and see new changes as fun challenges. As a person, you should have a genuine interest in helping our clients in need of support in their daily lives. One of your strengths is the ability to see their individual needs, and you should be driven by a desire to create the best conditions for a meaningful and secure everyday life. You are confident in your professional role and have the ability to take responsibility for what is required and contribute to a good atmosphere in the staff group.

You should have:

• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written (Swedish grade 9 or SFI D).
• Experience cycling.
