We are now welcoming a dedicated general practitioner to a workplace characterized by warmth and care, where we support each other, develop together, and create a safe healthcare environment with high medical quality for our patients.

The healthcare center is located in beautiful Ängelholm with good communication options by both train and bus. We have approximately 9,500 registered patients and a complete commitment according to the Health Choice.

About 40 employees work at the healthcare center across various professional categories, where collaboration is marked by great respect for each other's qualities and competencies. Here, there are specialists in general medicine, Child Health Center (BVC), district nurses, as well as several nurse-led and assistant-led clinics in areas such as diabetes, elderly care, hypertension, heart failure, and asthma/COPD. We also have physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and a psychosocial team with a social worker, psychologist, and psychotherapist. This breadth allows us to offer our patients comprehensive care and provides our employees with good development opportunities. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Your responsibilities include outpatient work with both acute and planned visits as well as investigative patients where you can utilize your entire general medical competence. The work also includes being a consultant for nurses and training doctors, as well as participating in rounds for assessment and triage. Collaborative cases with the municipality and other authorities are also part of your assignment, and you will have close cooperation with engaged and knowledgeable colleagues.

With us, you will have stimulating and varied tasks. All employees are allowed to develop their area of interest within the primary care assignment. The medical team meets weekly to develop routines, working methods, and discuss medical challenges.

QUALIFICATIONS

We welcome you who are a licensed physician with the authority to practice within Swedish healthcare and have specialist competence in general medicine. Language skills in Swedish corresponding to at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe's scale are required. Experience working in primary care and/or PMO is an advantage.

You are a person who is attentive, empathetic, and has a professional demeanor towards both patients and colleagues. You are responsible, flexible, solution-oriented, and confident in yourself and your professional role. You communicate easily and can quickly adapt when the situation requires it, contributing to good cohesion in the workplace. You take personal responsibility for your further development and have an interest in sharing your knowledge with other employees. We continuously work on various forms of improvement, and we expect you to participate in this.
